1. Overview

At Rocky Mountain Milagro CBD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return/refund:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • You must provide your order number and reason for return

  • Product must be in original packaging (unless defective)

Defective or damaged items may qualify for a replacement or refund.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive the item

You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed.

6. Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective product:

  • We will replace the item at no additional cost

  • Contact us immediately for exchange instructions

7. Non-Returnable Items

Items not eligible for return:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Items past the 30-day return window
